Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

Andover Jr Cheer

The Andover Jr Sports Association (AJSA) is committed to ensuring clarity and fairness in our refund policy for the Andover Jr Football & Cheer programs. With regard to the Cheer program, participants who withdraw before uniforms are sized and ordered are eligible for a full refund of their registration fees. Withdrawals made after uniform sizing will result in the forfeiture of all registration fees. Please note: Refund requests must be submitted by email to info@andoverjrfootball.com. Notifying your Head Coach does not fulfill the refund request requirement. Coaches are not responsible for processing or submitting refund notifications. Refunds will only be considered if the request is received and verified by AJSA before the applicable deadlines. No exceptions will be made.

Andover Jr Football

With regard to the Football program, participants who withdraw before the first day of Jr Football Camp are eligible for a full refund of their registration fees. Withdrawals made on the first day of Jr Football Camp and up to Equipment Checkout will receive a full refund minus the Jr Football Camp fee. Withdrawals made after Equipment Checkout will result in the forfeiture of all registration fees. Please note: Refund requests must be submitted by email to info@andoverjrfootball.com. Notifying your Head Coach does not fulfill the refund request requirement. Coaches are not responsible for processing or submitting refund notifications. Refunds will only be considered if the request is received and verified by AJSA before the applicable deadlines. No exceptions will be made.
