Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

Andover Jr Cheer

The Andover Jr Sports Association (AJSA) is committed to clarity and fairness in its refund policy for Andover Jr Football & Cheer. For Jr Cheer, participants who withdraw before cheer uniforms are sized and ordered are eligible for a refund of registration fees, subject to the terms of the AJSA Refund Policy. Participants who withdraw after uniform sizing and/or uniform ordering has occurred will forfeit registration fees because cheer-related items and season costs have already been committed. Refund requests must be submitted by email to info@andoverjrfootball.com. Notifying a Head Coach, assistant coach, team parent, or other volunteer does not fulfill the refund request requirement. Coaches and volunteers are not responsible for processing or submitting refund notifications. Refunds will only be considered if the request is received and verified by AJSA before the applicable deadline. Third-party processing fees may be non-refundable. Andover Jr Football

The Andover Jr Sports Association (AJSA) is committed to clarity and fairness in its refund policy for Andover Jr Football & Cheer. For Jr Football, participants who withdraw before the first day of Jr Football Camp are eligible for a refund of registration fees, subject to the terms of the AJSA Refund Policy. Participants who withdraw on or after the first day of Jr Football Camp and before Equipment Checkout are eligible for a refund minus the Jr Football Camp fee. Participants who withdraw after Equipment Checkout will forfeit registration fees because equipment, team placement, and season-related costs have already been committed. Refund requests must be submitted by email to info@andoverjrfootball.com. Notifying a Head Coach, assistant coach, team parent, or other volunteer does not fulfill the refund request requirement.
