The Andover Jr Sports Association (AJSA) is committed to ensuring clarity and fairness in our refund policy for the Andover Jr Football & Cheer programs.
FOOTBALL:
Participants who withdraw before the first day of Jr Football Camp are eligible for a full refund of their registration fees.
Withdrawals made on the first day of Jr Football Camp and up to Equipment Checkout will receive a full refund, minus the Jr Football Camp fee.
Withdrawals after Equipment Checkout will result in the forfeiture of all registration fees.
CHEER:
Participants who withdraw before uniforms are sized and ordered are eligible for a full refund of their registration fees.
Withdrawals after uniform sizing will result in the forfeiture of all registration fees.
To request a refund, participants must email info@andoverjrfootball.com.
Refunds will only be considered if the request is received and verified by AJSA before the applicable deadlines. No exceptions will be made.
Please Note: Notifying your Head Coach does not fulfill the refund request requirement. Coaches are not responsible for processing or submitting refund notifications.
