Registration Info

SPORTS ENGINE SETUP

You must first have a SportsEngine Account to Register with the Andover Jr Sports Association. Here is how to Create an Account.

NOTE: If you are the parent/guardian of a participating athlete, please create the account with your information (including your Nameemail addressDate of Birthetc). You will add your athlete to your SportsEngine account as a sub profile later during the registration and/or rostering process. 

  1. Navigate to our organization's website (www.andover.football) or go to sportsengine.com.
  2. In the upper right-hand corner of your screen, click Sign In.
  3. Enter your email address and click Next.
  4. Fill out all the requested information.
    • NOTE: Ensure the information entered belongs to the primary account holder (parent/guardian). 
  5. Once complete, click Sign Up
  6. Navigate to your email inbox.
  7. Open the "Activate Your SportsEngine Account" email.
    • NOTE: If you do not receive this email within 5 minutes, be sure to check your junk/spam folder.
  8. Click Activate My Account.

REGISTRATION INFO

Throughout the Registration, you will come to forms that need to be downloaded, completed and submitted before your child can participate.

The following is a brief description of the forms required to be completed prior to participation:

  1. REQUIRED REGISTRATION FORMS (PLEASE NOTE THE THREE DOCUMENTS BELOW THAT MUST BE DOWNLOADED, PRINTED, SIGNED and HANDED IN. THE OTHERS ARE COMPLETED ONLINE DURING REGISTRATION)
  • KSHSAA Physical Evaluation Form - Download in Registration or Document Center
  • Emergency & Medical Information
  • Medical Release - Download in Registration or Document Center
  • KSHSAA Concussion & Head Release Form
  • Parents Code of Conduct Agreement Form
  • Participants Code of Conduct Agreement Form
  • Photo Release & Waiver
  • Release & Waivers of Liability - Download in Registration or Document Center

 

  1. FORM RETURN AND PAYMENT INFORMATION:

The athlete's completed Physical Evaluation Form, Medical Release Form and the Release and Waiver of Liability will be accepted at the first evening of Jr Football Camp. Cheerleaders can hand in at uniform fitting. Flag football will hand them in at their first practice.

To complete registration through our secure site (www.andover.football), please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or checking account information available. Following the completion of this registration, you will see a charge on your account from Andover Jr Sports Association.

FAMILY DISCOUNT

If you are registering more than one sibling in your family this season, you will receive a $25 discount on the second and each additional child's registration when selecting Flag Football, Rookie Tackle, Traditional Tackle or Cheer Club. (Jr Football Camp ONLY does not qualify).

In order for the registration system to recognize that your family is registering multiple siblings, you must register all of your athletes at this time. On the Review Page, there is a link near the bottom to "Register Another Player" - please click on this link to add additional siblings and to ensure that all of your family's siblings are registered within the same order. 

***Failure to do so will result in a forfeiture of your family's discounted rates***


REFUND POLICY

Any withdrawal from the program BEFORE the first day of the Andover Jr Football Camp will receive a full refund of Registration Fees only. Any withdrawal on the day of the Andover Jr Football Camp and up to Equipment Checkout will receive a full refund minus the $80 Jr Football Camp only fee. Any withdrawal after Equipment Checkout will result in a forfeit of all remaining Registration Fees! Refunds will only be considered and given if you submit an email to the Andover Jr Sports Association at info@andoverjrfootball.com.

If an email is not received and verified by the President before the deadlines, NO Registration fees will be refunded. NO EXCEPTIONS to this policy can be made. Please take note that informing your Head Coach will NOT fulfill your obligation for a refund, nor is it the responsibility of the coaching staff to get your refund for you.
